IBC2005, Amsterdam, 9th September 2005 - Jutel and Ardendo have agreed to integrate their Jutel RadioMan and Ardendo Ardome solutions to create a unified professional Media Asset Management and production environment for TV and radio broadcasters. The integration will be commercially available in Q1/2006. Jutel’s RadioMan Enterprise Edition is the most comprehensive and robust solution for critical radio broadcasting and Media Asset Management needs. With its versatile Media Asset Management (MAM), workflow management, cross-media support and multi-tier architecture, RadioMan Enterprise Edition dramatically improves all operations from scheduling and production to live assisted broadcasting and full automation of multiple output channels. The unique design of RadioMan Enterprise Edition makes it a perfect fit for any radio station format: music, news, talk, sports, national, international, satellite, public and commercial radio stations will all benefit from RadioMan Enterprise Edition. Ardendo’s Ardome product represents the foundation and the central repository for all media process information. Integration with leading editing, scheduling, newsroom and playout automation systems is a key strength. Together with the other components of the Ardendo product portfolio (ingest, transcoding, proxy editing, file management, scheduling and basic playout tools), Ardome creates a complete end-to-end solution for broadcasters and media companies. Together these world leading products provide an integrated environment that is especially suited for major broadcasters producing full scale TV and Radio services. The integration will provide seamless material sharing and archiving as well as a common platform for radio and TV news operations. It will also allow the use of same production toolset through all editorial processes.
